WRITING TIPS FOR NEWBIES PT 2: FIVE GREAT WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR WRIING SKILLS

We started this article by making us to see the need for us to improve our writing skills. And we added that it was one major way to earn big with online writing jobs. If you came across this post first you may want to read Writing Tips for Newbies PT 1. In this article, we are going to talk on five great ways to improve your writing skills. And this is going to help you to increase your earning potential as an online writer. I never knew that anyone could find fault with my writings until I started to write online. I started to see that although I was very good at creating great ideas, I was not as great in translating them into written form. So this made me to see that I had to improve my writing skills. Here are some of the ways that I used and I believe they will help you;

1. Always ask and take to correction; this may not be easy for some persons, especially the ones that feel that they are very talented. But if you want to become a better writer you will need to ask others for mistakes they saw with your writings. You will also need to accept and implement their corrections. Most times the person that corrects you may not even be as talented as you are. They may not even be able to imagine and ghostwrite as you do, but they will likely know more about English writing. So take their advice and implement it. It will be to your own writing success.
2. Write as much as you can and implement the corrections; this has been a major factor that has helped to improve my writing skills. The more articles you write, the better you are at writing and the more writing skills you develop. It will even help to broaden your thought pattern and improve your ghostwriting ability. But there is no point of writing plenty articles with the same errors. So implement the corrections as you write.
3. Write in short sentences; this will help to make your writing more readable. And writing is not really about the big grammar and complex sentence structure. Writing has more to do with making other people to be able to read what you have written. And I have come to see that this is one of the qualities of a good writer. So avoid complex sentences because a good writer is one that can write something that everyone can read and understand.
4. Educate yourself on your poor areas; there are a lot of free eBooks on English and grammar today. So if you are not very sound in an area in use of English, you can download a free eBook and read it to improve that area of your writing. This may be difficult for some people because not everybody likes reading. But if you can, it will surely be an added plus.
5. Finally never stop writing or give up because of a poor remark. When I started writing online I had poor remarks like bad grammar etc. But I have been using these steps and my writing has improved. A recent employer even wanted me to join his team because according to him I was a great writer.

I was not necessarily this good when I started. And I am still improving with a lot to improve on, even my grammar. But I didn’t let any bad remark discourage me. I kept on writing and today I am earning more than I used to do when I started writing. And I am working to improve my writing skills so that I can even earn more as a writer. This is one truth about writing online. The quality of your writing will always affect your pay positively. So work to improve your writing skills as this will increase your earnings with online writing jobs.
